Hacked site or bogus newbies???

What is going on with all these posts? I have reported several but more keep coming. Is the site hacked or is it just new accounts being let in and then they post all this stuff?

Site is not hacked. They are spammers who manually set up an account. Being all volunteer it's tough to sometimes keep up with this and all the other responsibilities. Working on deleting now.
