Control Cables of Santa Fe Springs, California

I used them too for a decompression cable for my cafe racer. Custom weird ends. Made it perfectly.

I made up a pedal assembly from a pile of surplus aircraft brackets together with pedals that I fabricated.

The cable I bought from Cable Controls- specify “low friction”.

"Control Cables of Santa Fe Springs, California provided a custom made cable for my project. 113 inches in length it works great attached to and after market dune buggy vehicle pedal assy. to Holly 4 bbl carb." Ken

"I'm running a custom pedal assembly.

For the cable, I'm using a braided steel, teflon-linked hose. Although it's "designed" to be used as brake line hose, it works great for a throttle cable, thanks to the low-friction teflon. " Ken

"I'm using a Tilton brake pedal assembly, which uses a cable (Lokar) throttle cable run under the set separator (central hump of the seat tray) back to the engine. It does of course require fabrication of some bracketry on both ends of the cable."
