Manta Mirage steering rack

Does anyone have suggestions on what works well for a steering box/rack in a Manta Mirage? Is there something that is a close 'bolt in' fit for the Mirage?

My assembly manual suggests MG Midget or Sprite rack and pinion, but that is for the VW front where you swap the steering knuckles side to side to make it front steer as opposed to stock rear steer. It may or may not be the same with the Mustang II front.

There are the ubiquitous Mustang II/Pinto racks, and then going a step up, you have the Unisteer racks which can be pretty much made to any dimension needed, at about double the cost of the other racks.
